Customized, OEM/ODM, and confirmed wholesale production orders are not eligible for standard returns or refunds unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

For wholesale and OEM/ODM services:
- All production details, specifications, logos, materials, and quantities must be confirmed in writing
- Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified
- Samples may differ slightly from mass production due to manufacturing tolerances
- Balmypets is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect specifications provided by the client
All OEM/ODM orders are governed by separate commercial agreements and quotations.
