At Balmypets, we are committed to providing high-quality outdoor pet gear for both retail and small-batch wholesale customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Small-batch wholesale orders confirmed for production

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit after the returned item is received.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Wholesale & OEM/ODM Orders (Important)
Balmypets specializes in small-batch wholesale and OEM/ODM customization services.
For the following orders, returns and refunds are not accepted once production has begun:

Bulk wholesale orders confirmed by contract or invoice
All wholesale and OEM/ODM orders are governed by the specific terms agreed upon in the official quotation and contract.
